A small block of yellow travertine holds a frosted glass sphere, so each lamp carries its own natural veining and no two are quite alike. The pairing of raw stone and soft glass suits a wabi-sabi, Japandi or organic modern room, beside a bed, above a bench or in a quiet corridor where a single warm point of light is enough. The frosted sphere diffuses the glow evenly and hides the bulb. It takes a G9 bulb, which is included, mounts hardwired to the wall, and makes a compact, weighty accent that feels made rather than manufactured.
