Woven bamboo casts warm shadows
USB powered and desk ready
Boho texture on a working desk
  • Everything you need to know. Materials, sizing and care are listed under Specifications.

A shade woven from natural bamboo casts a pattern of small, shifting shadows across the surface it sits on, turning a simple desk lamp into something worth looking at even before it is switched on. The handwoven texture and warm tone suit boho and natural-material rooms, working equally well on a desk, a bedside table or a console where a soft accent light is more useful than a bright, even wash. It charges over USB-C, so there is no need for a nearby power point, and the woven bamboo shade sits on a stable round base scaled for a tabletop rather than a floor.

Specifications

  • Dimensions: Shade Ø 22.5 × 27 cm high; base Ø 14 cm
  • Materials: Bamboo
  • Key features: USB-C charging, handwoven bamboo shade, patterned light effect
  • Care: Wipe with a soft dry cloth and keep the charging point dry.

The woven shade breaks the light into a soft pattern that lands across the desk and the wall behind it.

Most desks are plastic and glass. HOMNE picked bamboo because one natural material changes the whole feel.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the shade made from?

Woven bamboo, which diffuses the light and casts a soft patterned shadow around the lamp.

How is it powered?

Over USB, so it runs from a laptop, a power bank or a wall adapter without its own socket.

Is it bright enough for a desk?

It gives a comfortable warm pool of light for reading and writing rather than a harsh task beam.

Where else does it suit?

Bedsides, shelves and side tables. The bamboo suits boho, coastal and warm neutral rooms.

How do I clean bamboo?

A soft dry brush across the weave. Keep it dry and the colour holds.
