Bauhaus geometry that never dates
  • Everything you need to know. Materials, sizing and care are listed under Specifications.

A glowing glass ring on a slim metal stand, the Donut Lamp borrows the strict circle-and-line geometry of the Bauhaus and turns it into a soft halo of light. It reads as a small sculpture in a mid-century, modernist or minimalist room and can stand on a sideboard or be mounted to a wall as an accent. The integrated LED is dimmable across three levels with a touch of the sensor, so it moves from a bright evening lamp to a low night glow. It runs on mains power and, in orange or white, adds colour to a neutral scheme.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can it be used as a wall light?

Yes. It stands on a table or mounts on the wall, so the same lamp covers a bedside and a hallway.

What is the design based on?

Bauhaus geometry: a single circle, clean edges and no ornament. It is why the shape still looks current.

What is the light like?

An even ring of LED light that spreads softly rather than pointing in one direction, which suits ambient lighting.

Where does it look best?

Bedsides, consoles, desks and hallway walls. The graphic shape reads well against plain paint.

How do I clean it?

A soft dry cloth around the ring. The smooth surface releases dust easily.
