Bauhaus Glass Table Lamp

Pure Bauhaus geometry rendered in retro-style glass gives this table lamp a silhouette that reads as considered rather than nostalgic, simple volumes with no ornament and nowhere obvious for the eye to catch. There is no fabric shade, so the whole glass body glows once lit, giving a side table or bedside a genuinely warm pool of light rather than a directed beam. It works comfortably in Nordic, mid-century and plain contemporary rooms, sitting well next to books and ceramics on a shelf. It is an accent lamp rather than a task light, set for atmosphere over brightness, and wipes clean with a soft, dry cloth.
