Elegant Resin River Acacia Cutting Board

Two live edges of dense acacia meet across a clear resin river, poured and sanded flat so the join reads like water running between banks. The natural grain and glassy inlay suit a kitchen bench or dining table with a considered, natural-materials look, at home in Japandi or modern rustic settings. Acacia is hard wearing and water resistant, so the timber side takes daily chopping while the resin river doubles as a serving edge for cheese and charcuterie. Every board is cut from a different piece of timber, so the grain and the pour never repeat. Hand wash and dry it standing up, feeding the timber with mineral oil occasionally.
